The Bentley Park Sports Complex in Bixby is one of the best youth parks in Oklahoma! The 100-acre complex features a fenced in super playground and splash pad, horseshoe pits, sand volleyball, bocce courts, two quads of baseball, two quads of softball, an international soccer field, twelve youth soccer fields, and walking trails connecting to the main walking trail by the Arkansas river.  The playground is perfect for kids of all ages, from toddlers to teens; they even have a 'sky coaster' set of slides that are 3 stories high - great for kids who are thrill seekers!  Plenty of shaded picnic tables and a huge splash pad make it a premier spot for families of all ages.

Owasso Community Build Playground is a one-of-a-kind playground located on approximately three acres at the Owasso Sports Complex on east 116th Street North between Garnett and Mingo Roads. The play structure is completely ramped (no steps) so that children of all physical abilities will be able to go from one end to the other stopping in between to enjoy activity boards and play areas. The playground also includes giant slides, spring riders, swings, diggers, etc. A picket fence surrounds the playground with only one entrance and one exit. There is also a snow cone shack on site for hot summer days!

Heritage Park is a unique and fun park made of great wooden structures.  It incorporates a child-sized replica of the historical town of Sapulpa.  It is fully fenced with shaded picnic tables and on-site restrooms.  There is plenty for kids off all ages to enjoy.  There are two areas for play; one for 5 years and under including smaller structures, slides, climbers, toddler swings and more.  The other area is for older kids and includes a 4 story tower with slide, tube slides, a town replica, climbing wall, tire swing, fireman's pool and much more.  There are many structures to play in and even a little drive in theater/stage with seating for performances!

Spread along miles of the Arkansas River, as it flows through Tulsa, River Parks provides some of the metropolitan area's finest outdoor recreation. More than 26 miles of asphalt-surfaced recreation trails weave past picnic areas, playgrounds, fountains and sculptures. Recreation in River Parks includes fishing, rowing, kayaking, disc golf, hiking, bicycling and horseback riding.  There are many parks with fun things for kids to do, the parks are spread out up and down Riverside Drive between 101st street to 15th street.  One of the largest family parks is located at the 41st Street Plaza on Riverside- it has been transformed into an exciting, family-oriented recreation destination with multiple inter-active water features, a new restroom and covered pavilion, a large playground, a river overlook and expanded parking. There is also a large Skate Park with lots of ramp and places to do tricks just south of 21st St.

Set on about five square miles in the heart of South Tulsa, LaFortune Park is a favorite outdoor spot for many Tulsans and visitors alike. Besides wooded picnic and playground areas, the park contains a golf course, baseball diamonds and batting cages, a community center, a public swimming pool, a walking trail and a par course. One of the best features of this park is the beautiful scenery with a stream running through it and plenty of bridges and trees to climb.  There is something recreational everyone!
